1. Information We Collect

When you make a wish on Wishyverse, we collect the wish text you submit, your optional display name, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

We may also collect standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, solely for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Display your wish on the public Wish Wall (using your display name or anonymously)
  • Process your $1 payment via Stripe
  • Respond to support or contact requests you initiate
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our service

3. Public Wish Wall

Wishes you submit are displayed publicly on the Wish Wall. If you provide a display name, it will appear alongside your wish. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your wish text. We reserve the right to remove wishes that contain offensive, harmful, or private content.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on Wishyverse servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Stripe) or as required by law. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

Wishes are retained indefinitely as part of the public Wish Wall. If you wish to have your submission removed, please contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Wishyverse uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
