1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wishyverse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Wishyverse is a wish-sharing platform that allows users to submit a personal wish for a $1 fee. Submitted wishes are displayed publicly on the Wish Wall. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal expression purposes only.

Wishyverse makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties that any wish will be fulfilled. The $1 fee is a symbolic token and does not constitute a contract for any outcome.

3. Payments and Refunds

Each wish submission requires a one-time payment of $1 USD, processed securely through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable once your wish has been submitted and displayed on the Wish Wall. If you experience a technical issue that prevented your wish from being saved after payment, please contact us and we will investigate.

4. User Content

By submitting a wish, you grant Wishyverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display your wish text and display name on the Wish Wall and in promotional materials.

You agree not to submit wishes that:

• Contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Include personal information of others without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Are spam, commercial solicitations, or repetitive content
• Contain explicit sexual content

We reserve the right to remove any wish that violates these guidelines without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Wishyverse — excluding user-submitted wishes — is the property of Wishyverse and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wishyverse does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishyverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($1).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
